Explain the method of long capability classification adopted by the All India
land use and soil survey organisation.
(b) Critically
examine the political consequences of the regionalization of our country on the
basis of language.
(c) Analyse
the cause of the low literacy rate of India. Suggest feasible measures for
raising the literacy level.
(d) Discuss
the spatial variation in the developmental levels of canal irrigation in India in relation to the physical setting.

some of the important theories of the origin of the South-West monsoon in India. Evaluate the impact of its characteristics with occurrence of floods and droughts in
