Roads Proposed to be constructed under Bharatmala Pariyojana

The Minister of State for Road Transport and Shipping and Chemical & Fertilizers Shri Mansukh L Mandaviya in a written reply to a question in Lok Sabha today informed that the total length in kilometers of roads that have been proposed to be constructed under Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase-I is 34,800 Kms including balance NHDP works is as follows-

Shri Mandaviya further informed that the 6000 km of Inter-Corridor and Feeder roads are proposed to be taken up in Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase-I. These roads shall connect consumption and production centers to the National and Economic Corridors to improve efficiency of the cargo movement.
