He believes that each and everyone of us can clear the exam provided a right strategy and courage to Crack the exam is there.

According to him, his GK was so poor at one point which is unexpected from an IAS aspirant but he had the courage to take the challenge and improved every aspect of the syllabus. His self-confidence and believing in himself is what took him to his destination. 

He emphasized on few aspects: - You must start reading between the lines to study faster and picking the important points. That way you can solve the questions which others feel that from where it had come or what’s the correct answer.

One must innovate something in your answer writing to get that additional edge / marks which differentiate it from others and hence results in getting extra marks. One must inculcate flowcharts, diagrams, graphs etc. in your papers which you get from government reports and all

One must go an extra mile to make your answer standout. By adding the current orientation to your topics/answers or one extra point etc. in your answers.

Last but not the least, since Pre is over, don’t think much about cut-off rather start preparing for Mains. Because each and every day is important from now on. Keep working hard till your goal is achieved.

He says I enjoyed the process and does not care much about the outcome. UPSC has unpredictability, it is a great equalizer just keep giving your best.
