Indian Bank has rolled out digital initiatives under ‘Project Wave’ for enhancing customer experience through its digital platform. The products were rolled out by MD & CEO S. L. Jain. The bank along with Universal Sompo General Insurancewould provide online vehicle and health insurance through mobile banking app IndOASIS. The bank has partnered Rupeek Capital Pvt. Ltd. to offer jewel loans at customer’s doorsteps. It has also extended pre-approved personal loans to self-employed customers. Also, the bank will now provide e-overdraft facility against term deposits of individual customers.
